I do things a bit differently than other traditional brokers in Richmond Hill, and it saves my clients thousands of dollars.

My listing fee is 1% plus HST. I also offer 2.5% plus HST to the buyer's agent to ensure every local REALTOR® is highly motivated to bring us their top buyers. Combined, your total all-inclusive commission is just 3.5% plus HST. Compare that to the traditional 5% plus HST most traditional agents charge.

Now, I want to be completely clear: a lower fee does not mean less service. My commission includes a complete, premium marketing package to get your home sold for top dollar. Your property will receive my comprehensive, complete top-tier marketing package which includes:
